Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Sift the baking powder to get all the lumps out.
Stir in the wet works, adding more or less water to make the right consistency.
Pour 1/4 cups onto a greased skillet or pan, flipping once.
