Cookie Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup sifted flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon grated orange zest or 1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 cup butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, peel and salt in a bowl.
Cut in butter.
Stir in egg yolk and vanilla; mix till blended.
Press evenly into pie pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool before filling.
