Oven Baked Western Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green onions, sliced
    1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 cup swiss cheese, shredded (4 ounces)
    6 ounces cooked ham, cubed
    1/3 cup water
Preparation
    In a 10 in ovenproof skillet, saute onions and red pepper in oil for 5 minutes.
    In bowl, combine the eggs, cheese, ham and water.
    Pour over vegetable mixture.
    Bake uncovered, at 375\u00b0F for 15-20 minutes or until set.
