Baked Onion Rice With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups raw long grain rice
    6 tablespoons butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (10 ounce) beef consomme soup
    1 (10 ounce) French onion soup
    1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Sautee rice in butter. Place in casserole dish with other ingredients.
    Bake covered in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed by rice.
