Veggie Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole wheat hoagie roll
    sliced American cheese
    spinach or romaine lettuce leaf
    sliced tomatoes
    chopped olive
    pickle
    sliced banana pepper
    sliced green bell pepper
    sliced red onion
    sliced cucumber
    fat-free mayonnaise, non-fat ranch dressing or oil and vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place cheese on sandwich and, if you like, toast under the broiler until cheese has melted. Layer the remaining ingredients, using as much as desired, and enjoy!
