Mango And Cardamom Lassi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    120 g mangoes (2 cheeks canned drained)
    250 ml skim milk (1 cup)
    260 g yoghurt (1 cup low-fat natural)
    1 pinch ground cardamom
Preparation
    Put the mango, milk, yoghurt and cardamom in a blender and blend until smooth.
    Divide between glasses to serve.
