Chunky Guacamole - Bobby Flay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ripe Hass avocadoes, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
2 limes, juiced
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons canola oil
chopped fresh cilantro leaves, to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash with a fork to achieve a chunky consistency.
Season, to taste, with salt, pepper, and cilantro.
