Cheesy Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered (I like to use Yukon Gold Potatoes)
    1 (3 ounce) package light cream cheese
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup green onion, minced
    2 tablespoons melted butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 dash paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain.
    Mash.
    Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, onions, melted butter, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
