Bonnie'S Mediterranean Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    3 large tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup black olives, chopped
    1/2 red onion, chopped finely
    1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
    1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs., to let flavors meld together.
