Sesame-Soy Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tablespoons ginger, grated
    1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
    2/3 cup canola oil
    1/3 cup rice vinegar
    1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup water
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a 2 cup jar and shake well to dissolve. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
