Not Your Typical Rice Side Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups water
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    2 garlic cloves
    1 cup long grain rice
Preparation
    Combine water, oil, salt and garlic in saucepan, and bring to a boil.
    Add rice, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until liquid absorbed.
