Spiced Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    300 ml light cream
    3/4 cup palm sugar, finely chopped
    2 star anise
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large frying pan.
    Bring to the boil over high heat.
    Cook, stirring for about 6 minutes till sugar dissolves and sauce thickens.
    Set aside to cool.
