Thai Turkey Burgers (Rachael Ray) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 lbs ground turkey breast
    2 2 pinches grated gingerroot or 1 inch peeled grated gingerroot
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
    2 teaspoons curry powder
    2 scallions, finely chopped
    salt
Preparation
    Heat nonstick skillet or griddle pan over medium-high heat.
    Combine turkey, ginger, soy sauce, curry powder, salt, and scallions.
    Form 4 patties and cook on skillet, 4 minutes on each side.
