Super Healthy Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 1/8 ounces tuna fish (albacore if available)
2 tablespoons Miracle Whip
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 -2 tablespoon relish
2 cups shredded spinach
1 -3 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup fresh peas (optional)
1/4 cup diced chives
2 celery ribs, diced
Preparation

Mix together the first four ingredients until combined well. Add the rest and mix again. Chill and serve.
