Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Campbell's half-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
    2/3 cup light sour cream
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 (16 ounce) packages frozen vegetables, cooked and drained (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
    1 (2 1/2 ounce) cans French-fried onions or (6 ounce) can French-fried onions
Preparation
    Mix soup, 1 cup cheese, sour cream and pepper.
    Stir in vegetables and half of the onions.
    Spoon into 3-quart shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 400F.
    for 20 minutes or until hot.
    Stir.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese and onions over vegetable mixture.
    Bake 2 minutes or until onions are golden.
