Mushroom Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
    1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, cut in pieces (or less)
    1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can French onion soup
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef broth
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in buttered 2 qt.
    casserole dish.
    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until all liquid is absorbed).
    Stir before serving.
