Tomato Mary Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup plain yogurt
    1 cup milk
    1 1/4 cups tomato juice
    2 carrots, diced
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon dill weed
    1/4 teaspoon bottled liquid red pepper sauce (like Tabasco)
Preparation
    Whir in blender until carrots are pureed and mixture is smooth as possible.
    Makes about 1 quart.
