Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes, diced (real Ripe ones)
    1/2 onion, chopped up
    2 garlic cloves (minced)
    4 tablespoons olive oil or 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
    salt & pepper
    parsley or basil
Preparation
    Put all Ingredients together in a bowl with a lid. Put top on and shake. Let sit for at least an hour. (2-4 hours for it to really marinate together) Then serve with Italian Bread, or whatever you prefer.
