Harvest Pumpkin Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup pumpkin
    1/2 cup honey
    1/4 cup molasses
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until thickened.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Serve.
