Graham Wafer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1 cup coconut
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    2 cups graham wafer crumbs
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    Caramel Icing
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    3 tablespoons milk
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 1/2 cups icing sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in a 8 inch square pan.
    Bake in a preheated oven 350** for 35 minutes.
    Serve plain or frost with Caramel icing.
    Icing: Heat brown sugar,milk and butter in a medium saucepan until it boils.
    Boil for 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool a bit.
    Add icing sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add more milk to icing sugar until spreading consistency is reached.
