Mushrooms Stuffed With Swiss Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup shredded swiss cheese
    1 tablespoon softened butter
    18 -20 button mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine swiss cheese with softened butter.
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Stuff mushroom caps with cheese mixture.
    Place mushrooms on a greased cookie sheet and broil about 6 inches from broiler until mushrooms are cooked and the cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes).
