Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 cup lean pork, cubed. (I used pork tenderloin medallions)
    1 cup celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (14 ounce) cans bean sprouts, undrained
    1 cup mushroom
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/3 cup water
    3 cups cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook pork celery and onions in.

    Mix corn starch with 1/3 cup water.
