Pepper Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 celery ribs, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 jalapeno, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
    2 cups water
    1 (2 lb) box Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
Preparation
    In a large pot, saute the celery, onion and jalepeno in the butter until tender.
    Stir in the milk, water and tomatoes.
    Add velveeta cheese cubes a few at time and stir until melted and smooth.
    Reduce heat to med- low and cook for 20-30 minutes.
