Moroccan Chicken With Wild Rice Or Couscous - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb boneless chicken breast
    1/2 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon allspice
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    one box near east wild rice or couscous
Preparation
    1. Cut chicken into one inch cubes.
    2. Combine oregano, allspice, cumin, cloves and garlic with chicken in a large bowl until all chicken bites are coated.
    3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken over med-high heat until cooked through (approx 10 min).
    4. Prepare rice or couscous according to package. Serve chicken over rice.
