Red Beans And Ham - cooking recipe

3 (15 1/2 ounce) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cajun stewed tomatoes
2 cups diced fully cooked ham
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 dashes hot sauce
Preparation

In a large Dutch oven, bring all ingredients to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
