Beer Batter Coconut Shrimp - cooking recipe

6 ounces beer
5 eggs
1 cup milk
2 1/2 cups flour
8 ounces coconut, shredded
15 -20 large shrimp, peeled &,cleaned
canola oil
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together beer, eggs, milk and flour.
Dredge the shrimp through this batter, then dip it in a second time.
Roll in coconut.
Deep fry until golden brown.
