Pinwheel Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese, softened (I used Low Fat)
1 cup sour cream (I used Low Fat)
4 ounces green chilies, well drained
2 tablespoons salsa
1 cup monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded
1 cup fresh spinach, shredded
8 -10 large tortillas
Preparation

blend the cream cheese and sour cream together.
add green chiles and salsa and blend well.
add pepperjack cheese.
fold spinach and mix well.
spread mixture lightly on the shell.
roll shell tightly.
secure shell with toothpicks.
cut into 3/4\" to 1\" sections.
repeat on next shell until filling is gone.
