Mornay Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2/3 cup chicken stock
1/3 cup vermouth
1/4 cup swiss cheese, grated
salt
pepper
Preparation

Melt butter and add flour to make a light roux.
combine chicken stock and vermouth. Slowly blend into the roux.
stir and cook until reaches desired thickness.
add cheese and continue to stir until completely melted.
season to taste.
