Basic Millet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups water
1 cup millet
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Bring water to boil.
Add all ingredients.
Bring back to a boil stirring frequently.
Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
Water should be absorbed and millet should be fluffy.
For slightly different flavor toast millet before cooking.
