Cacen Gneifo (Welsh Shearing Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces flour
    6 ounces brown sugar, moist
    4 ounces butter
    1/4 pint milk
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 teaspoons caraway seeds
    1/2 lemon, rind of
    1 pinch nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Sift the flour with the baking powder, mix in the other dry ingredients.
    Rub in the butter, then work in the beaten egg and milk.
    Bake in greased tin lined with greased paper at 350 F for 1 hour.
