Homemade Pancho'S Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs American cheese
    2 lbs Velveeta cheese
    2 (10 ounce) cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (10 ounce) can water
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon cumin powder
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients EXCEPT cheeses together.
    Cook for 20 minutes over medium-low heat.
    Then add cheese & blend.
