Guacamole Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium Hass avocadoes, pitted and sliced
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 English cucumber, chopped
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 drops hot sauce (to taste)
Preparation

Arrange vegetables on a platter.
Mix lemon, garlic, hot sauce and salt. Stream in olive oil while whisking dressing.
Pour lemon dressing over the salad and serve.
