Mom'S Break-The-Fast Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb broad egg noodle
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup cottage cheese
    4 beaten eggs
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 cup diced apple, peeled
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sugar
    cinnamon, to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven 300F.
    Boil noodles, drain and cool.
    Mix all ingredients and combine with noodles.
    Place in a 13x9, greesed pan.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake 1 hour.
