Kofta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    1 slice soft bread
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread with enough water to saturate the whole slice.
    In a food processor add beef, onions, salt, pepper, and bread until it reaches a paste like consistency.
    Form a small amount on wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for at least an hour.
    Cook over a hot grill until cooked.
