Bothnian Flatbread (Finnish Maitorieska) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 liter milk
    1/3 teaspoon salt
    1/4 - 1/3 liter barley flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
    Mix milk and salt.
    Add the flour, mix and form it by hand into a flat bread, about 0.5 cm thick.
    Bake for about 15 minutes.
    Serve with butter and cold milk.
