Cornbread Mini Muffins - cooking recipe

1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons sugar
1 (14 ounce) can cream-style corn
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325.
Mix ingredients in order listed above.
Grease Mini Muffin Tin.
Fill each cup until level.
Bake on middle rack for 15-18 minutes.
