Almond Rice Pilaf (Instant Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
    1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
    2 cups chicken broth
    2 cups instant rice
Preparation
    Saute the onions in the butter until the onion Is translucent, apprx 7 minutes Add broth; bring to a boil.
    Stir in Instant rice, cover and let stand 5-8 minutes.
    Stir in the browned Almonds& Serve.
