Lean (But Not Mean) Hot Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup margarine
    1/4 cup flour
    2 cups skim milk
    1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
    6 slices muligrain bread, toasted
    1 lb thin sliced turkey
    2/3 cup shredded lowfat cheese
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a saucepan.
    stir in flour to make a roux.
    gradually whisk in milk and boullion.
    cook for five minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and set aside.
    put toast in a greased 13x9 inch pan.
    layer turkey on toast.
    spoon on sauce.
    add cheese, bacon and tomatoes.
    bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
