Red Onion Romaine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon gluten-free Dijon mustard
2/3 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 pinch brown sugar
1 pinch ground black pepper
Preparation

Combine onion, lettuce, and pepper; toss well.
Mix vinegar, mustard, sugar, and pepper in a small bowl; whisk until smooth.
Drizzle sauce over saad.
