Ingredients

4 cups fresh cilantro
1/2 cup spearmint
2 medium tomatoes
4 jalapenos (to taste)
5 ounces tamarind paste
6 garlic cloves
1 onion
3 whole dried red chilies (optional)
Preparation

Blend all until liquid.
I freeze this in little cups so we have it on hand all the time.
