Chocolate Sweet Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g animal crackers
    100 g pecans (or walnuts, almonds)
    50 g raisins (or any dry fruit)
    100 g unsweetened butter
    125 ml milk
    100 g dark chocolate
    3 tablespoons cocoa
    2 tablespoons Amaretto
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    1. Blend crackers and nuts in a food processor. To that add the raisins.
    2. In a separate bowl melt chocolate , butter and milk in the microwave. To that add cocoa, vanilla and amaretto.
    3. Combine the wet with the dry ingredients and mix well. Divide the mixture on two and place on plastic wrap. Form it in a shape of salami and refrigerate overnight.
