Sour Cream Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
    2 tablespoons onion soup mix
    4 English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation
    Set oven control to broil.
    Mix all ingredients except the English muffins.
    Shape into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick.
    Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side or a bit longer if you want them well done.
    Serve on English muffins.
