Low Fat Ras Malai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup non-fat powdered milk
    2 egg whites
    1 teaspoon oil
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    Syrup
    1 liter 1% low-fat milk
    6 tablespoons sugar
    1 green cardamoms (Chhoti Ilaichi)
    1 tablespoon chopped pistachios (Pistay)
    1/2 teaspoon kewra essence
Preparation
    Mix together the first 4 ingredients into a dough and form into small oval, slightly flattened balls.
    Meanwhile boil the milk with sugar and cardamom seeds.
    When the milk starts to boil add the malai/ milk powder balls.
    When they start to swell up lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
    Just before removing from heat add kewra essence.
    Garnish with pistachios.
    Chill and serve.
