Caramelized Onions With Red And Yellow Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 each red peppers
    1 each yellow pepper
    2 each onions
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    1 teaspoon spike seasoning (unsalted)
    2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
Preparation
    Cut peppers into 1/4 inch strips lengthwise.
    Slice onion 1/4 inch thick.
    Heat oil in large skillet, add vegetables and season with seasonings.
    Cook over high heat, stirring often until vegetables begin to brown and caramelize.
