Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
    1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
    1 cup Bisquick baking mix
    1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, softened
    3 tablespoons boiling water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400*. Mix pie filling and lemon peel in square pan, 8x8x2\". Combine baking mix and butter in small bowl. Add water; stir vigorously until dough forms a ball and cleans the bowl. (Dough will be puffy and soft.) Drop dough by spoonfuls onto fruit mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm and, if you wish, with light cream.
