Broccoli And Swiss Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, golden
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 medium onion
    1 cup swiss cheese, grated
    2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    2 tablespoons butter
    paprika
Preparation
    ===Pots and pans:
    Skillet to saute onion.
    1-1/2 quart (10x6x1-3/4) baking/casserole dish.
    Large mixing bowl.
    ===Preparation:
    Microwave broccoli per instructions and drain.
    Dice onion.
    Melt butter and add to bread crumbs.
    Saute onion until soft, set aside.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    ===Mixing:
    In mixing bowl, whisk egg.
    Add mayonnaise and soup, whisk to blend.
    Stir in broccoli, onion and cheese.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumb / butter mixture.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    ===Cooking:
    Bake until hot throughout and sides are bubbling.
    ===At the table:
    I like grated parmesan.
