No Cook Cherry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    PIE
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cracker pie crust
    CHERRY GLAZE
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/2 cup cherry juice
    1 cup cherries, red tart cherries, pitted, drained
Preparation
    PIE:
    Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Pour into pie crust.
    CHERRY GLAZE:
    Blend sugar and cornstarch, stir in cherry juice.
    Cook until thickened and clear, stirring constantly.
    Stir in a few drops of red food coloring if desired.
    Add cherries.
    Completely cool and top the pie.
