Sausage, Chicken, & Crab Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb kielbasa, cut in small cubes
    3 tablespoons oil
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 boneless chicken breast, cut in small pieces
    10 ounces crabmeat, undrained
    14 ounces Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
    14 ounces chicken broth
    8 ounces frozen cut okra
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup Minute Rice
Preparation
    In large soup pot, saute kielbasa in oil until lightly browned. Sprinkle 3 T flour evenly over kielbasa. Saute until flour is browned. Add 1/2 c water to loosen flour. Add chicken pieces and cook 5 minutes until barely done. Add & stir in crabmeat, tomatoes, chicken broth, okra, Worcestershire and rice until smooth. Heat thoroughly and simmer 20 minutes.
