Romaine Avocado Salad With Lime Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Salad
1 head romaine lettuce
1 small radicchio
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon poppy seed
salt and pepper
Preparation

Tear romaine and radicchio into bite-sized pieces.
Place in large bowl.
Toss with avocado and red onion slices.
Combine lime juice and vinegar in small bowl.
Whisk in Dijon mustard and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper and stir in poppyseeds.
Just before serving, toss salad and dressing together.
