Fines Herbes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 teaspoon savory
    1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    1 teaspoon marjoram
    1 teaspoon sage
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients, and store in a jar with a tight lid in a cool, dry, place.
    Best used in omelets, scrambled eggs, dressings, and sauces.
